What We Offer
No Surprises Act is a federal law that protects patients from unexpected medical bills when receiving emergency care or certain services at non-network facilities. It took effect on January 1, 2022.

Includes your SalveCare membership benefits, plus 20% savings on eligible additional SalveCare Access services.
The 20% member savings applies to eligible services provided and billed directly by Salve Family Health. It does not apply to outside laboratory or pathology charges, pharmacy-supplied medications or devices, vaccine or medication product costs, DME/material costs, specialist services, or other third-party charges.

SalveCare is a medical membership program and is not health insurance. Certain laboratory tests, medications, procedures, imaging, vaccines, specialist services, and other services are not included. Adult Consultation, Age 19+ $100

Consultation pricing covers the office visit only. Laboratory testing, diagnostic testing, medications, vaccines, supplies, imaging, and procedures are priced separately.

Qualifying surgical procedures include 7 days of procedure-related follow-up care at no additional charge.
Follow-up care is limited to the surgical procedure performed. New or unrelated medical conditions, additional procedures, medications, laboratory testing, supplies, or other services are priced separately.
*For Nexplanon and IUD services, the device is not included in the procedure price. The device will be provided through your pharmacy and paid directly to the pharmacy.
Pathology -
Biopsy/Pathology Specimen $200–$300 each
Pathology charges are additional to the procedure price and vary based on the specimen and testing required.
